Questions and Concerns After an Office Visit or Surgery

Our patient care staff will listen to your questions and concerns, take them to your physician, and get back to you with any recommendations. Typical concerns include:

  • Increased pain
  • Above normal temperature
  • A cast that feels tight
  • Redness or warmth around an incision or injury
  • Drainage from a wound or incision

If you experience swelling, pain or tenderness, warmth or redness in one or both legs, it can be a sign of deep vein thrombosis. Call your doctor right away!

Prescription Refills

Some prescriptions can be refilled without an office visit. For routine prescription refills call the numbers listed below, and our staff will obtain the prescription from your physician and call or fax it to the drug store of your choice. Please allow us 48 hours notice for prescription refills. Narcotics prescriptions cannot be refilled by phone.
